Role Overview

We seek an innovative and measurement-focused leader to define, monitor, and validate learning outcomes across our educational platform. This position requires designing assessment frameworks that are rigorous, adaptive, and integrated with artificial intelligence, moving beyond standard testing towards data-driven evaluations that showcase actual learning progress. You will delve into adolescent learning experiences to uncover insights that enhance our schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive assessment strategy across all products.
• Collaborate closely with AI and product development teams to build adaptive, data-centered evaluation systems.
• Establish metrics for learning outcomes and convert these into practical insights for platform improvement.
• Keep updated on advances in psychometrics, competency-based assessments, and AI-enhanced feedback tools.
• Gather and analyze student feedback to constantly refine the learning experience and drive system enhancements.
