Paralegal and Legal Assistant - Remote Contract Position

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Paralegals and Legal Assistants for a remote, hourly contract position offering $60 to $80 per hour. This role requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week and is focused on supporting AI model development through application of legal expertise.

Key Duties

• Develop targeted and high-quality inquiries related to legal research, documentation, and case assistance tasks.
• Assess AI-generated responses to ensure legal accuracy, adherence to procedural standards, and clarity in analysis.
• Use professional legal research techniques, document drafting standards, and case management protocols to train AI systems.
• Guarantee that AI outputs mirror authentic legal support workflows and maintain professional quality standards.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams dedicated to advancing AI model capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive full-time experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Proven expertise in legal research, preparing legal documents, and managing case support functions.
• Exceptional written communication abilities and strong legal reasoning skills.
• Must have access to a desktop or laptop computer; Chromebooks are not supported.
• Capable of working independently in a completely remote setting.
