Position Overview
GHS Solutions invites applications for a skilled Painter Blaster to join our expanding team covering site and in-town assignments across the Midwest region of Western Australia. This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary range between $75,000 and $110,000 annually, based in the coastal lifestyle city of Geraldton.

Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
- Perform blasting and painting duties for both onsite and regional projects.
- Operate safely and efficiently, including tasks conducted over water.
- Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment as well as independently.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and standards.
Required Qualifications and Licenses
- Trade Certificate such as Certificate II in Engineering - Surface Preparation & Finishing or Certificate II in Surface Preparation and Coating Applications preferred.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Current Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months.
- MSIC or ability to secure MSIC clearance.
Desirable Skills and Attributes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality finishes.
- Ability and comfort working over water-based environments.
- Previous experience in the mining industry is highly valued.
- Capability to pass pre-employment medical assessments and drug & alcohol screenings.
