About the Role
SA-Sports is growing its presence in upscale residential communities across Dubai and is seeking an experienced Padel Coach to run well-organized, high-quality padel sessions in community settings.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct private and group padel coaching for both children and adults at varying ability levels.
- Design and deliver training plans that improve technique, game strategy, and match performance.
- Keep sessions safe, structured, and engaging for all participants.
- Track player improvement and share practical, supportive feedback.
- Develop positive relationships with community members to help expand the program.
- Support the coordination of community activities and small tournaments.
Candidate Profile
- You should hold a Padel Coach certification.
- At least 2 years of coaching experience is required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities are important.
- You should present yourself professionally, be dependable, and maintain a polished appearance.
- You need to be capable of running sessions independently in a community environment.
