About the Role

Studycups Education Private Limited, a Kanpur-based EdTech firm dedicated to aiding students in making informed academic choices, is seeking Outreach & Admissions Executives. Based onsite at Birhana Road, Kanpur, this role calls for proactive, people-oriented individuals enthusiastic about guiding families and students through educational decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students and parents to identify academic aspirations and advise suitable educational programs.
• Manage the admissions process from initial contact through to enrollment, ensuring thorough guidance and engagement.
• Consistently follow up with leads to convert genuine inquiries into confirmed student admissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new students.
• Maintain precise daily records of interactions, update lead tracking sheets, and manage personal pipeline efficiently.
• Meet weekly outreach and enrollment goals with commitment and discipline.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent and confident communicator in Hindi; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Customer-focused demeanor with patience, professionalism, and persuasive interaction skills.
• Self-driven with the discipline to follow up independently without constant supervision.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry, call logging, and routine reporting.
• Prior experience in counseling, outreach, sales, or customer service is favorable but not mandatory.
• Open to freshers from any educational background serious about pursuing a career in education services.
