This position sits at the start of the sales journey and acts as an important first touchpoint for prospective customers. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid schedule that requires three days per week in the office. Outbound Business Development Representatives play a key part in shaping the sales and marketing feedback loop, which helps inform go-to-market direction. What you will do
- Spot high-potential businesses that could benefit from Klaviyo’s platform.
- Work closely with experienced Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to design and run outreach strategies that create new opportunities.
- Build, test, and refine messaging across different channels, industries, and buyer personas.
- Share insights, lessons learned, and effective practices with the outbound team to help others succeed.
- Demonstrate accountability and a strong work ethic in day-to-day execution.
Who should apply
The ideal candidate brings at least one year of professional experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role within a marketing technology company. You should be fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, and feel comfortable working in a fast-moving setting. Compensation and benefits
The listed base pay for this role is €43,550 annually. Final pay is influenced by factors such as skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include an annual cash bonus, variable compensation for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a broad set of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits depending on eligibility.
Other details
The role may involve up to 10% travel for activities such as onboarding, client or partner work where relevant, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is arranged ahead of time.
