- Help teammates succeed and contribute to a strong team culture.
- Demonstrate the company’s values, especially accountability and consistent effort.
- Guide and support newer Account Executives as they ramp up.
- Use AI thoughtfully to improve workflows, build smarter systems, and create more efficient ways of working.

- Experience working with strategic accounts that involve multiple decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage pipeline strategically for long-term success.
- Comfort using data to guide decisions.
- Experience collaborating with leadership to launch or improve successful programs.
- Strategic approach to sales planning and execution.
- High motivation, independence, and an enthusiastic results-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and sales economics.
- Experience selling into ecommerce markets across Southeast Asia is preferred.
- Fluency in English, plus proficiency in Bahasa or Thai, is required for client interaction in the region.
- Exposure to AI in work or personal projects and willingness to learn and apply AI tools responsibly.
- Must be eligible to work in Singapore without restrictions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, persuasive, curious, and action-oriented.
- Comfort using sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.

The opportunity is framed as a strong growth environment for builders and future leaders, with significant room to shape local culture and regional strategy. The role may require up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events, with travel planned in advance.
The company uses an assessment tool as part of hiring and/or promotion processes. It also notes that AI use in the interview process must be responsible, including attention to privacy, security, bias, and human review where needed. Accommodations are available as required.
