We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join as an Outbound Appointment Setter for staffing services, operating remotely from Ireland. This role involves proactive engagement with businesses across various industries to create new client opportunities and schedule appointments for workforce solution sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to companies in sectors such as construction, manufacturing, and warehousing to introduce staffing services.
• Identify and assess prospect needs by discussing staffing challenges and opportunities.
• Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team, ensuring all follow-up details are clearly recorded.
• Sustain a steady flow of outbound contacts to develop the sales pipeline.
• Document interactions, results, and next steps accurately in Salesforce CRM or equivalent platforms.
• Adhere to provided sales scripts while adapting communication to suit individual client conversations.
• Address basic objections professionally by emphasizing the benefits of staffing solutions.
• Support overall business development efforts through efficient prospect management and consistent follow-through.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in outbound sales or appointment setting roles, ideally in staffing or recruiting sectors.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with native or near-native ability required.
• Experience with B2B sales and familiarity with sales prospecting techniques is preferred.
• Skilled in Salesforce CRM or similar tools, alongside Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging business owners and decision-makers confidently.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to prioritize workload independently in a remote environment.
• Goal-focused with resilience and persistence in pursuing outcomes.
