Role overview
This position is for an Online Reputation Management Executive who will work from home and focus on protecting and improving brand perception across digital channels. The role calls for someone who is detail-focused, proactive, and experienced in handling online customer conversations and reputation issues.

Key responsibilities
The executive will monitor brand presence across social media, review platforms, forums, and other online spaces, respond to customer feedback with professionalism, and flag reputation risks before they escalate. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, tracking sentiment trends, and preparing reports that support brand improvement.
Required experience and capabilities
Candidates should have a solid background in online reputation management, strong English communication skills, and confidence in managing customer interactions across digital platforms. They should be comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and sentiment-related insights, while maintaining quality and SLA standards.
Preferred exposure
Prior use of social listening or ORM tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, or similar solutions will be an added advantage. Experience in crisis handling, escalation management, and broader digital engagement is also desirable.
Eligibility
Any graduate with at least 2 years of relevant ORM experience can apply. Applicants must be willing to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs, and should have a dependable internet connection along with a proper work-from-home setup.
