About the Role

Join PwC India’s Oracle Services Practice as an Oracle Fusion Finance Manager and play a crucial role in helping businesses leverage enterprise technology to meet their digital transformation goals. The position centers around implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion ERP financial modules to address corporate challenges and drive success in finance operations, human resources, supply chain, analytics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Tax, and Cash Management.
• Ensure financial systems design and processes comply with industry best practices and company policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate financial systems with other enterprise applications and assess transaction impacts on accounting and financial areas.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle tax modules and thorough understanding of accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting and dashboards using Oracle OTBI tools.
• Engage with external vendors and consultants for solution implementation, user training, and solution testing.
• Provide post-implementation hypercare and Application Management Services (AMS) support.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive and inclusive approach.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to assist with finance functions.
• Position is flexible across locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant.
• At least two full implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP finance modules.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Cash Management, and Tax.
• Sound understanding of Accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and collaborative mindset supporting diversity and equality.
• Proficiency in MS-Excel is essential.
• BTech degree or equivalent educational qualification.

Additional Information

Mandatory skill: Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Preferred skill: Oracle Finance. The role reports within the Advisory Line of Service and is a Manager-level position focused on Oracle specialization.
