Role Summary

Reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager, you will oversee comprehensive financial planning and analysis for various retail business banners across Southeast Asia. Your duties will encompass consolidating, monitoring, and analyzing regional financial results—budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss reports—to deliver actionable insights supporting key commercial decisions and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze budgets, forecasts, and rolling forecasts across the region.
• Perform monthly consolidation and review of actual net sales alongside profit and loss statements.
• Prepare regional monthly business review presentations communicating financial performance.
• Coordinate regularly with Corporate teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage relations with banner and country financial controllers for scheduling and consolidating results.
• Liaise with GBS Manila for central cost allocation, tax computations, and GST support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Consulting roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP FI/CO, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Planning, and Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, with ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, complemented by effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills suited for diverse organizational levels.
• Previous retail sector experience preferred.
