Associate/Senior Associate/Manager - Advisory - CAPEX Project Management

About the Role

We are seeking motivated Associates, Senior Associates, and Managers to join our Advisory team focused on CAPEX Project Management across Pan India. The ideal candidates will have experience in PMO governance, digital transformation, and capital/infrastructure project environments along with hands-on knowledge of tools including MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI-powered applications.

Role Purpose

Your primary responsibility will involve assisting clients in evolving how capital projects are directed, tracked, and delivered by enhancing governance frameworks, reporting accuracy, decision-making processes, visibility into schedules and performance, as well as implementing digital workflows, dashboards, and advanced analytics.

Role Levels and Responsibilities

• Associate: Support delivery teams by managing governance and digital workstreams, handling data, report generation, trackers, dashboards, and PMO documentation within live projects. This position demands strong execution discipline.
• Senior Associate: Independently lead workstreams involving governance, project controls, and digital solutions. Manage direct stakeholder interactions, generate insights from project data, and take accountability for delivering implementation outcomes.
• Manager: Oversee client-facing advisory engagements focusing on governance and digital transformation. Responsibilities include designing solutions, leading teams, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring effective implementation impact.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with 2 to 10 years of experience in implementing digital operational solutions, especially within the infrastructure sector.

Location and Working Model

Positions are based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, or client sites, with travel requirements as needed. This role is fully onsite.
