Primary Responsibilities

• Recruit, coordinate, and support the network of Official Hosts and local team members to facilitate smooth game operations.
• Implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting players and nurturing the football community's growth.
• Manage day-to-day game operations ensuring an exceptional experience for players.
• Continuously identify and capitalize on opportunities for improving and scaling the local operation.
