Stranger Soccer is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial individual to spearhead its expansion in Berlin by establishing and managing its local football platform. This role offers a chance to launch and oversee a vibrant community-driven football operation, enhancing accessibility to the sport across the city.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and scale Stranger Soccer's local presence in Berlin.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with football venues to secure premium play locations.
• Recruit, guide, and coordinate Official Hosts and team members within the community.
• Lead marketing campaigns aimed at attracting players and expanding community engagement.
• Manage day-to-day game operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for participants.
• Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements and growth.
