Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support for OEM and automation systems utilized in manufacturing operations.
• Lead troubleshooting and in-depth root cause analyses to resolve system-related challenges effectively.
• Oversee system upgrades, improvements, and lifecycle management tasks.
• Ensure automation platforms are consistently reliable, compliant, and ready for inspections.
• Manage the installation, validation, and deployment of new equipment and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost system performance and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance related to automation systems.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documents, procedures, maintenance schedules, and standards.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights, system analytics, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Serve as a primary technical contact during daily operations and tiered support interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
• Extensive experience supporting automation systems in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficient knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal, iFIX SCADA, and other industrial automation technologies.
• Skilled in manufacturing systems support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with automation system testing, design, validation, and compliance protocols.
• Capable of leading technical investigations and resolving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and technical teams.
• Advantageous knowledge of computer system validation and building management systems.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on operational excellence, quality, and regulatory compliance.
