About the Role

Join our dynamic, venture-backed mobility startup as the second key member in the People & Talent team. Currently with over 75 employees spread across three sites and 14+ stores, we're expanding rapidly towards nearly 95 staff by year's end. This position blends operations, strategic planning, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Eliminate inefficient manual processes by streamlining tools like Notion and HRIS and automating workflows wherever possible, treating legacy manual methods as opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for specific roles, effectively bridging candidates and hiring managers. Manage talent pipelines, coordinate growth marketing efforts, and develop creative advertising campaigns including Meta Ads to support hiring goals. Approximately 60% of the role involves recruiting.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring smooth transitions from contract signing to integration and eventual exit, scaling processes for growth.
  • Maintain strict compliance with employment contracts, certifications, references, and all regulatory documentation across multiple sites, ensuring punctual and accurate delivery.
  • Research, benchmark, and implement employee benefits based on data-driven insights rather than intuition.
  • Contribute to employer branding by crafting compelling job advertisements and career content that effectively communicate culture and roles, enhancing candidate experience.
  • Identify operational gaps or challenges proactively, offering solutions and ownership to address them.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in startup environments or people systems is highly advantageous; internships are considered valuable experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills ensuring no detail is overlooked or task left incomplete.
  • Fluency in German at C2 level is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Systematic thinker who develops new processes when repetitive tasks arise.
  • Ability to work independently and see tasks through without constant supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and ambiguity while effectively prioritizing.
