Role Summary
We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing EMEA team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at our Dublin office. This role is ideal for someone driven to create and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies within a collaborative, tight-knit team as we accelerate growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate stakeholder relationships with EMEA departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to collaborate effectively on hiring initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, focusing on strategic hires across Ireland and the broader EMEA region.
- Work closely with business leaders to align recruitment plans, achieve quarterly hiring goals, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Develop and implement novel tactics to attract and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Ensure candidates align with Clio's mission, values, and vision throughout recruitment.
- Contribute to ongoing enhancement of recruitment processes by introducing innovative practices that promote continuous improvement.
- Represent Clio with professionalism and integrity, hiring candidates in accordance with company values.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 2 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments, handling strategic and complex roles.
- A demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing hiring objectives while balancing quality, speed, and volume.
- Proficient in using data and metrics to guide decision-making, recognize trends, and improve recruiting behaviors and workflows.
- A consultative approach to partnering with stakeholders and solving recruitment challenges thoughtfully at all stages.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, committed to compliance, fairness, and alignment with organizational values.
- Experienced in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, including inbound, outbound, referrals, and events, with a solid track record of engaging passive talent from sourcing through hire.
- Eager to learn and improve continually, including adopting new AI tools and innovations.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience advocating diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives.
- Previous work in agency settings and in-house roles within technology or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking System.

- Competitive salary range from €56,300 to €76,100 EUR, adjusted for geographic location and candidate experience.
