Available Positions and Their Responsibilities

• Baker: Prepare and bake assorted breads (Arabic, French, Portuguese) by accurately measuring ingredients, operating baking machinery, adhering to recipes and schedules, labeling products correctly, managing supply coordination with the warehouse, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards throughout the baking process.
• Butcher: Cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meat cuts aligned with customer requests, ensure product quality and portion accuracy, label items, display products attractively, rotate stock to preserve freshness, deliver exemplary customer service including product advice, and maintain strict cleanliness and safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and report stock imbalances.
• Fishmonger: Clean, cut, fillet, and prepare a range of seafood per customer specifications, assure portion control and quality, display seafood attractively, rotate stock to maintain freshness, inspect labels and quality regularly, dispose of expired items, provide excellent customer service, uphold hygiene in the fishery area, handle seafood tools safely, and support inventory monitoring.
• Commis Chef: Assist chefs in food preparation, cooking, and plating within the kitchen serving UAE stores, uphold food safety and hygiene standards, support kitchen organization, rotate stock correctly, and operate kitchen equipment under supervision. Ideal for individuals passionate about cooking in a fast-paced environment eager to learn and contribute.
• Receiver: Accurately scan supplier barcodes, perform manual and blind checks of deliveries, verify quantities, quality, and expiry dates according to guidelines, document shortages, process return items (RTS/RTV), comply with brand SOPs, assist with stock counts, and maintain high hygiene and professional presentation standards.
• Admin: Provide critical administrative support through managing paperwork and office processes, handle goods ordering focusing on fast-moving items, maintain accurate records and filing systems, generate weekly and monthly reports to aid inventory tracking and operational efficiency.
• Cashier: Manage all customer financial transactions including cash, card payments, vouchers, and foreign currency with speed and accuracy, follow procedures for cash deposits and discrepancy reporting, inform customers about products and promotions, maintain front-end displays, ensure work area cleanliness, and comply with hygiene protocols and SOPs.
• Stocker (Fruits & Vegetables / FMCG): Ensure products are stocked properly and displayed attractively, rotate stock following FIFO rules, uphold presentation and hygiene standards, assist customers with inquiries, coordinate timely stock replenishment with the warehouse, remove expired or damaged products, document waste for inventory control, and maintain professional conduct and excellent customer service.
