About the Role
JadeClass Education Singapore invites enthusiastic and adaptable educators to join their English-language programs aimed at students aged 6-16 who have strong English skills and ambitions to continue education abroad. Teachers will engage in delivering live online classes designed to enhance student skills effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lively, high-energy online sessions in a 1 teacher to 8 student format.
- Thoroughly review lesson materials and participate in practice sessions to maintain teaching quality.
- Commit to completing scheduled classes without absences or rescheduling.
Schedule
Summer 2026 semester classes will run from early July to late August, meeting twice weekly either Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Saturday, between 08:30 and 20:30 Singapore Time (UTC+8).
Course Details
The small group courses involve two 90-minute weekly lessons conducted via the ClassIn platform. Lessons are pre-prepared with supporting past recordings to assist teacher preparedness, including interactive activities and opportunities for student participation.
Compensation
- $100 USD per 90-minute new lesson taught.
- $75 USD per 90-minute repeated lesson previously taught.
- Payment covers the actual teaching time; preparation, reviewing, and demo recordings are additional and unpaid.
- Payments are disbursed monthly through Wise, between the 10th and 12th of each month.
