Job Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct energetic and engaging live online classes with small groups of eight students.
• Review provided teaching materials and participate in practice sessions to maintain high-quality instruction.
• Commit to delivering the entire series of classes without absences or rescheduling.

Schedule Details

The Summer 2026 semester courses run from early July until late August. Classes are held twice weekly on either Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Saturday. Class hours are between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM Singapore time (UTC+8).

Course Structure

Classes are conducted on the ClassIn platform with two 90-minute live lessons each week, fully supported by pre-prepared materials and past lesson recordings. Student interaction includes multiple-choice exercises, submission of written work, and oral participation.

Compensation

• New lessons: 66 USD per teaching hour, equating to 100 USD per 90-minute lesson.
• Repeated lessons: 50 USD per teaching hour, or 75 USD per 90-minute session.
• Payment covers only the actual lesson delivery; additional preparation and demo recordings are expected without direct payment.
• Payments are disbursed monthly through Wise between the 10th and 12th.

Applicant Criteria

• Reliable in preparing for and attending all scheduled lessons.
• Exudes a friendly, enthusiastic, and talkative demeanor.
• Capable of explaining concepts logically and in simple terms.
• Adept at observing and emulating teaching techniques from mentors.
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.
• Displays a positive and adaptable attitude towards feedback and standards.
• Has flawless oral grammar, clear diction, and crisp enunciation.

Technical Requirements

• High-speed and stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and download speeds.
• Modern, reliable computer, preferably with a benchmark rating above 10,000 (as per CPU benchmark listings).
