Role overview
This opportunity is being hired through a partner organization that handles all application review and follow-up steps. The partner is seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist located in the United Arab Emirates.
The role is a high-visibility enablement position centered on helping new members of the revenue organization get productive quickly and set up for long-term success. You will build and refine structured onboarding programs for several sales functions, making sure each new hire receives the right knowledge, tools, and confidence to perform effectively from the start. A major part of the job is to create onboarding experiences that can scale, are informed by data, and help shorten ramp time while supporting stronger performance over time. You will also serve as a connection point between Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement partners to keep programs aligned and consistent. In addition to program design, you will oversee tracking mechanisms, performance reporting, and coaching structures that enable managers to support their teams more effectively. This position combines program ownership, operational discipline, and direct enablement delivery in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create, run, and continuously enhance structured onboarding journeys for revenue positions such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, with a consistent and strong ramp experience across the business.
- Lead onboarding sessions and manage learning materials inside LMS tools while working closely with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems and dashboards that measure onboarding progress, surface ramp risks, and flag new hires who may need additional support.
- Develop repeatable coaching frameworks and manager-facing tools that help leaders guide new hires through organized development plans.
- Take ownership of the AI role-play content library and grow it by working with subject matter experts to replicate practical sales situations such as discovery calls, objection handling, and product demos.
- Work as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership so onboarding programs support broader performance, enablement, and operational priorities.
- Help build readiness programs for promotions, including transitions such as SDR to AE, ensuring learning paths match competency expectations and career progression models.
- Manage and improve LMS operations, including assigning content, managing users, producing reports, and refining learning workflows.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a similar area.
- Demonstrated background in building and delivering structured onboarding or training programs, not just maintaining existing materials.
- Strong project management ability with experience coordinating several stakeholders and initiatives at once.
- Practical exposure to LMS platforms or comparable learning technologies.
- Analytical, data-led approach with the ability to review onboarding metrics, spot patterns, and turn findings into practical actions.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a process-first, documentation-heavy working style.
- Comfort using modern AI tools to improve productivity and support content creation workflows.
