Job description
Role overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity based in Ireland, hiring on behalf of a partner organization that will handle the application review and next stages directly. The position focuses on guiding the future direction of a next-generation cloud platform serving the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations (AECO) sector.
You will lead long-range product and market strategy by turning customer insight, market analysis, and new technology trends into practical business decisions. Working across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams, you will help accelerate adoption of AI-enabled, data-driven workflows across the built environment. The role blends strategic planning with active execution and also includes representing the platform externally as a senior industry voice.
What you will do
- Set and drive the long-term strategy and go-to-market direction for an industry cloud platform, with a focus on growth, differentiation, and key priorities.
- Use research, customer feedback, market data, and AI-supported insights to build strategic recommendations and business cases.
- Influence pricing, packaging, product positioning, and adoption plans to improve customer value and market traction.
- Create executive-ready frameworks, briefs, and recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Represent the platform as a senior advocate with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry forums to build awareness and adoption.
- Work closely with product teams so strategy stays aligned with user needs, platform capabilities, and market shifts.
- Bring together stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, customer success, and corporate strategy to keep initiatives moving in the same direction.
- Guide and develop a strong strategy team and establish effective operating cadences across globally distributed groups.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in strategy, product management, go-to-market, management consulting, or a similar leadership track, with substantial exposure to the AEC sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic programs that produce clear business results in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, construction, and digital transformation trends within the built environment.
- Experience building go-to-market plans, market positioning, pricing approaches, and commercial models for technology products or platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills, with experience using data, AI-enabled tools, and cloud technologies to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to work with executives, customers, and partners as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for explaining complex ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive pay package aligned to experience and location.
- Annual bonus potential tied to performance.
- Equity or stock grant participation, where applicable.
- Broad health and wellness coverage.
- Flexible, collaborative international working environment.
- Opportunity to lead strategic initiatives with global reach.
- Career growth in an innovative, technology-focused organization.
- Inclusive culture centered on collaboration, diversity, and continuous learning.

Applications are reviewed using an AI-assisted matching process designed to assess candidates against the role’s core requirements quickly, objectively, and fairly. A shortlist of strong matches is shared with the hiring company, and their internal team handles the final decision as well as interviews and assessments.
Privacy and data processing
By submitting an application, candidates acknowledge that their personal data may be processed to evaluate candidacy and share relevant details with the hiring employer. This processing is based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
