- Assist with project planning tasks such as scheduling, estimating resources, and monitoring change deliverables.
- Lead meetings, workshops, and presentations for executive leaders as well as operational stakeholders.
- Plan and apply resistance management approaches to reduce barriers and support smoother adoption.

Requirements
- Background in organizational change management, business transformation, or a similar project delivery function.
- Working knowledge of project delivery environments and the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute change management and communications plans.
- Experience with stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, and readiness evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare persuasive content and executive presentations.
- Comfort leading meetings and workshops with senior and cross-functional audiences.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage risks and competing priorities.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while staying connected with distributed teams.
- Experience tracking adoption outcomes and defining success metrics is considered an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal influence skills with the ability to drive alignment across the organization.
