Role overview
Based at the Auckland office, this position supports the Commercial Manager in growing L’Oréal Luxe business across major department store accounts. The role acts as a connector between sales, marketing, and supply chain functions, helping iconic brands perform strongly across both digital and physical retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic account relationships, then turn those partnerships into account plans that support revenue growth and improve customer experience.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, monitor monthly performance, and assess trade activity to improve volume, margin, and return on investment.
- Ensure promotional plans are delivered smoothly, handle trade spend, and manage day-to-day administration such as invoices and new product line submissions.
- Identify and expand opportunities to strengthen e-retail growth through partnership development and joint business planning, supporting a consistent online-offline customer journey.

- Experience managing accounts or strategic customer relationships in a similar commercial role.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and partners.
- Practical knowledge of selling and customer experience across e-commerce and physical retail channels.
- A proactive, target-oriented approach with strong motivation to achieve results.
