Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Carefully pack orders verifying product types, quantities, and codes to maintain order accuracy.
• Choose fresh, top-quality items and remove any products that do not meet standards.
• Properly complete all required documentation, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Efficiently pack totes maximizing space utilization while protecting product quality and safety.
• Assist customers and support team operations by balancing fulfillment duties and positive interaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following food safety protocols, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring cleanliness of totes before usage.
• Operate equipment safely, conduct necessary safety checks, and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible in working shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
• Manage high task volumes in a fast-paced environment, including overnight hours, keeping energy and focus throughout shifts.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., and repetitive tasks like stocking and zoning with diligence.

Salary

The starting hourly wage is $15.50.
