Officer - Restaurants & Beverages

Position Overview

We are seeking an Officer specializing in Restaurants & Beverages to support and manage the efficient operation of dining and beverage services. This contract role, lasting 14 months, is for a prominent government client located in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding food experiences while upholding high standards in quality, safety, and service.

Key Duties

• Develop and sustain strong partnerships with restaurant and beverage vendors.
• Participate in negotiations regarding leases, renewals, and rental agreements.
• Supervise and ensure food quality and presentation align with established culinary standards.
• Work collaboratively with concessions to offer varied and superior menu choices.
• Maintain supreme standards of service, hygiene, and food safety to elevate dining satisfaction.
• Manage marketing campaigns and promotions alongside food and beverage concession partners.
• Generate performance and compliance reports regularly.
• Oversee daily operational activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including food safety and emergency response measures.
• Understanding of local laws governing food safety, sanitation, and health.
• Experience ensuring quality control to maintain consistent service and food standards.
• Skilled in analyzing data to assess sales, customer behaviors, and operational metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with negotiation prowess.

• This position is under a fixed-term contract lasting 14 months.
