Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable, polished, and service-focused Office Caretaker & Hospitality Assistant to support daily office operations in Abu Dhabi. The position is centered on keeping the workplace clean, organized, and welcoming for staff, visitors, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep across the office each day.
  • Keep the pantry and kitchen areas tidy, including washing dishes and maintaining pantry tools and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments when needed.
  • Arrange meeting rooms before meetings and restore them afterward.
  • Track office consumables and pantry stock levels.
  • Provide hospitality assistance during investor meetings and guest visits.
  • Maintain washrooms and shared areas to a consistently high standard.
  • Handle office errands and other practical support tasks as required.
  • Uphold premium standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Prior background in office assistance, hospitality, housekeeping, or a similar role.
  • A positive, professional, and courteous approach to work.
  • Capability to maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Dependable, trustworthy, and service-minded personality.

Preferred Experience

Experience gained in corporate offices, hotels, hospitality settings, or executive-level environments would be an advantage.

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
