Role Overview
We are seeking a polished and service-focused Receptionist & Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for the organization in Abu Dhabi. This role is central to creating a refined front-office experience for investors, clients, business partners, and visitors, while also supporting day-to-day administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, investors, and business partners in a warm, professional, and courteous way.
- Handle front desk operations, including visitor sign-in, incoming calls, and general inquiries.
- Arrange meeting room reservations, refreshments, and hospitality services to a high standard.
- Keep the reception area neat, presentable, and aligned with the office’s overall ambience.
- Assist management with administrative tasks such as coordination, courier handling, and office communication.
- Support investor functions and VIP meetings while maintaining a consistently high level of service.
- Ensure front-office conduct reflects the organization’s hospitality and decorum standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, luxury retail, banking, real estate, or a corporate setting.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and presentation.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience serving high-net-worth clients.
- Exposure to hospitality or luxury service environments.
- Arabic language ability is an added advantage.
