VIP & Hospitality Experience Senior Specialist

Role overview

Al Ahli Club Company is looking for a senior specialist to manage the complete VIP and hospitality journey, from premium package sales through to delivery and renewal. The role focuses on ensuring smooth operations across all premium areas, including Sky Boxes, Gold sections, and corporate hospitality, while maintaining a consistently high-end guest experience.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day operations for all VIP and hospitality zones, making sure premium service standards are consistently achieved on matchdays.
• Take ownership of the full VIP offering across the lifecycle: selling, delivering, and renewing packages while meeting business targets and guest expectations.
• Define, monitor, and raise service standards across all premium sections, with active on-site involvement to fix issues quickly during events.
• Handle the complete food and beverage journey for VIP and hospitality areas, including menu coordination, supplier liaison, service delivery, and quality checks.
• Manage accreditation for VIP and hospitality spaces in line with club, league, and federation rules.
• Review key performance indicators such as occupancy, guest satisfaction, food and beverage quality, and renewal performance, and share updates with the Head of Matchday.
• Look for ways to improve the premium offering by developing new hospitality products and using client feedback and market insights to shape enhancements.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a similar discipline is required.
• Professional credentials in hospitality operations, food and beverage management, or event management will be considered an advantage.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in hospitality operations, VIP services, or premium event execution, preferably in professional sports, luxury hospitality, or high-end events.
• A proven background in delivering first-class experiences for affluent clients and corporate guests.
• Practical exposure to food and beverage operations, vendor handling, and quality control within hospitality settings.
• Previous work with accreditation processes and VIP area coordination is highly desirable.

Additional information

This is a full-time onsite position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role combines commercial ownership, operational leadership, and guest experience management for premium matchday hospitality.
