Job description
Job Overview
This role involves escorting and supervising un-cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel while they conduct their duties within secure areas. Responsibilities include logging personnel movements, ensuring compliance with safety rules, and monitoring for security breaches.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide extensive escort services for LN/OCN personnel entering and working in restricted zones.
- Interact with LN/OCN personnel at entry points to issue badges and explain site rules and procedures.
- Escort personnel throughout their work schedules until tasks are completed and all personnel have safely exited or returned to designated camps.
- Prevent entry of prohibited items such as weapons or drugs onto the base by escorted personnel.
- Maintain continuous visibility of all escorted personnel and vehicles, ensuring their safety and responding appropriately in emergencies, including evacuation if needed.
- Promptly report unsafe working conditions to Project or Site Managers and Safety staff.
- Enforce strict housekeeping standards on-site.
- Stay vigilant and ready to respond to suspicious behavior or comments, communicating observed concerns to relevant contacts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned related to the escorting role.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess U.S. citizenship.
- Preferably hold a valid U.S. passport.
- Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy requirements as detailed in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD EIGHTEEN document.
- Able to secure and maintain a valid host nation Residency Visa.
- Capable of working under extreme environmental conditions, including exposure to dust and high temperatures.
- Able to endure extended working hours and conditions that may be hazardous or uncomfortable.

- Position requires 100% overseas deployment travel.
- Security clearance required: NACI/Public Trust.
