Role overview
In this position, you will be responsible for expanding Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) business in your territory, winning new customers, and increasing cloud usage. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal Oracle experts to help deliver clear business impact through OCI and AI-driven offerings.
What you will do
- Win new OCI business and grow existing accounts by increasing cloud consumption in your assigned territory.
- Create and implement territory and account strategies that support quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Develop strong trusted-advisor relationships with executives, business decision-makers, and technical contacts.
- Influence senior leaders to move forward with cloud transformation and AI initiatives.
- Partner with sales specialists, presales, customer success, marketing, and partner teams to create value for customers.
- Use Oracle’s partner network to speed up adoption and business growth.
- Keep forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity stages accurate using Oracle’s sales approach.
- Stay informed on market changes, competitor activity, cloud platforms, and AI developments.
- Help maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
What you should bring
- Demonstrated success selling cloud, infrastructure, enterprise technology, or software solutions.
- Background in selling cloud, AI, data, or digital transformation offerings.
- Strong history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to plan and execute strategic territory and account coverage.
- Experience building relationships with senior executives and important stakeholders.
- Good commercial judgment and the ability to connect technology solutions to customer results.
- Comfort working across multiple teams and organizational layers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with ecosystem partners.
- Strong skills in communication, presentations, negotiations, and relationship management.
