About the Role

An established allied health provider registered with the NDIS is expanding its multidisciplinary team and seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the Bacchus Marsh clinic. This full-time or part-time position involves a varied caseload, with 60-70% of sessions conducted in a specialized therapy clinic and 30-40% within community settings across Melbourne's western and north-western suburbs. The team operates with a warm, individual-focused approach, supporting clients ranging from infants to seniors with developmental, sensory, functional, and daily living objectives.

Bacchus Marsh, located approximately 50 km west of Melbourne CBD, combines the charm of a peri-urban town with accessibility to metropolitan areas. Caseload Details

• Clients are 100% NDIS participants
• Varied paediatric and adult cases including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), sensory challenges, and functional independence goals
• Tasks include assessments, therapy planning, and practical intervention
• Collaboration with speech pathologists, behaviour support practitioners, and allied health assistants

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Active registration with AHPRA
• Preferably 1-2 years’ clinical experience after graduation; strong placement experience considered for new graduates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
• Working with Children Check
• Valid Australian driver’s license and a dependable vehicle necessary for community visits
• Full legal right to work in Australia

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range between $80,000 and $115,000 plus superannuation, negotiable depending on experience
