Role Overview

This opportunity is for an enthusiastic and self-assured Occupational Therapist - Clinical Development Lead to join a partner clinic in Jeddah. The role is ideal for someone who wants to strengthen occupational therapy services, step into leadership responsibilities, and help shape a modern, high-quality clinical setup.

The chosen candidate must also be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the occupational therapy service through professional, educational, and awareness-focused content.

What You Will Do

• Carry out occupational therapy assessments, treatment interventions, and follow-up care.
• Create tailored treatment plans aligned with each patient’s needs and therapeutic goals.
• Help build, refine, and expand occupational therapy programs and clinical services.
• Lead efforts in organizing and developing the occupational therapy function.
• Work closely with families, medical professionals, and clinic leadership.
• Support the creation of clinical policies, procedures, documentation practices, and quality benchmarks.
• Take part in educational and awareness-based occupational therapy content.
• Confidently present on camera for professional, educational, and promotional materials.
• Handle administrative tasks as needed across different company departments.
• Assist with workshops, community outreach, and occupational therapy awareness initiatives.
• Look for ways to grow and improve the clinic’s occupational therapy offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant occupational therapy experience.
• Active professional classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Solid clinical knowledge along with strong communication abilities.
• Leadership potential and a proactive approach to work.
• Strong motivation to help build and develop occupational therapy services.
• Confidence and ease when speaking or appearing on camera.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and patient management skills.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, creative, and deeply interested in occupational therapy. A leadership-oriented mindset and a desire to grow services beyond routine clinical sessions are important. The person should be able to represent the service professionally, bring in fresh ideas, and contribute to its long-term development.
