What you will do
- Take ownership of regional sales outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of eight Account Managers so they consistently meet or exceed sales and growth targets.
- Develop strong relationships with major customers and national merchants, with a focus on long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Shape and execute regional growth plans while contributing to broader national product and market initiatives.
- Work closely with Manufacturing Managers, the National Sales Manager, and other internal teams to align Roll Forming products with wider business opportunities.
- Promote a unified internal culture across business units and strengthen cooperation with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure high standards in customer service, health and safety, and environmental performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to support financial goals.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated success in leading and scaling sizeable sales teams, preferably within steel, manufacturing, or a similar industry.
- Strong commercial judgement, including experience with sales planning, P&L accountability, and delivering profitable growth.
- Confident leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong customer relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn market trends and complex commercial factors into practical action plans.
- A customer-first approach backed by a solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental expectations.
