Job description
Role Overview
Our Children's Residential Home at Hawthorn House is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Team Leader. This position involves providing crucial support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs by assisting with daily tasks and accompanying them on community outings.
We offer a company vehicle to facilitate transportation for activities like shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. Candidates must have a full UK driving license or have driven in the UK for at least two years to operate the vehicle.
Compensation and Progression
Starting salaries are as follows: Level 1 at 14.24/hour, Level 2 at 15.23/hour, and Level 3 at 16.30/hour. Progression through our competency framework can lead to higher pay rates as skills increase.
