- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
Required qualifications
- Strong history of selling and closing in cloud communications and customer data platform markets, with a focus on multi-product growth.
- About 12 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years leading or managing highly analytical products or solutions.
- Hands-on experience selling technical SaaS, CPaaS, or data platforms, with a shift from transactional sales toward strategic partnerships.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and a total-account strategy aimed at profitable revenue growth.
- Proven ability in consultative technical selling, including deep discovery and translating customer challenges into integrated SaaS and API-based solutions.
- Comfort working with business leaders and technical stakeholders, and influencing how data and AI create value.
- Ability to use data-driven account planning to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
- Track record of managing forecasts and financial models.
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to define processes and build programs.
- History of delivering strong market-driven results, especially for scale and enterprise customers.
