Neurovascular Field Sales Representative - San Antonio/Austin Area

Role Summary

We are expanding our field sales team in the San Antonio and Austin regions and are open to candidates with various levels of experience. The position could range from Sales Specialist through to Senior Territory Manager, based on your background and skills. This flexible approach enables candidates at all stages of their medical device sales career to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with neurointerventional physicians, stroke teams, and key hospital accounts within your designated territory.
• Maintain regular engagement through sales visits, case assistance, stroke-call support, and clinical education programs.
• Deliver hands-on procedural and clinical support within procedure rooms and neuro-suites.
• Identify new business opportunities, qualify prospects, and drive adoption of Rapid Medical products.
• Collaborate with your Regional Manager on strategic planning, sales forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
• Represent the company at important industry conferences and trade shows.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, case support, and account management.

Candidate Levels and Expectations

The role's title, deliverables, and remuneration will align with your experience:

• Sales Specialist: Focused on clinical and field support including case coverage and physician education without an individual sales quota. Suitable for candidates with about 2+ years in medical device and procedural settings.
• Associate Territory Manager: Quota-bearing role working alongside Territory and Regional Managers, ideal for candidates with 2+ years in medical device sales looking to advance.
• Territory Manager: Complete ownership of territory revenue, quota, and account strategy. Candidates typically have 5+ years in medical device sales, preferably neurovascular or vascular, with proven success achieving targets.
• Senior Territory Manager: The most senior field representative role, serving as a regional peer leader with extensive neurovascular sales experience and a history of top quota performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Medical device sales or clinical support background, with varying years based on the role level.
• Comfort and credentialing to operate within hospital and procedural environments.
• Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and self-driven motivation.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and active auto insurance coverage.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% within the assigned territory.
• Neurovascular or vascular experience is highly preferred.
