Our US commercial team is rapidly expanding, based in Southlake, TX with global headquarters in Israel.
Role Overview
We are recruiting for our San Antonio/Austin territory and welcome applicants across a spectrum of experience levels. The role title, responsibilities, and compensation will be aligned with your background, with potential designations ranging from Sales Specialist up to Senior Territory Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with neurointerventional physicians, stroke care teams, and key hospital accounts.
- Engage regularly with accounts through sales visits, case participation, stroke-call support, and clinical education sessions.
- Deliver in-service training and provide procedural clinical support within procedure rooms and neuro-suites.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive adoption of Rapid Medical’s innovative technologies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to execute territory strategies, manage forecasts, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Represent the company at relevant industry society meetings and trade shows.
- Maintain precise records of activities, case coverage, and account interactions.
Experience Levels and Titles
- Sales Specialist: Focuses on clinical and field support including case coverage and physician education without individual sales quotas; suited for professionals with around 2+ years medical device experience comfortable in clinical environments.
- Associate Territory Manager: Carries quota and works alongside Territory and Regional Managers; typically requires 2+ years of medical device sales experience.
- Territory Manager: Leads territory revenue and strategies independently; usually requires 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably neurovascular or vascular with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Senior Territory Manager: Experienced leader with a significant track record in neurovascular device sales and top-level quota performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable relevant experience is required.
- Experience in medical device sales or clinical support, with years varying by level.
- Familiarity and comfort working in hospital/procedural settings, with ability to maintain vendor credentialing in hospitals.
- Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.
- Valid US driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
- Willingness and ability to travel 40–60% within the designated territory.
- Neurovascular or vascular experience is highly preferred.
