The team delivers secure customer and technical support across 30+ countries and serves clients in 60 languages across a wide range of industries.
The company is currently building a talent pool of skilled Technical Support Consultants who would like to grow with the team and be considered first when new projects become available. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who wants to work in a multicultural, multilingual environment while developing professionally from home.
What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer help through phone calls, live chat, and email.
- Create and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers.
- Stay current with changing tools, products, and technologies.
- Protect sensitive customer information and follow security practices.
- Use modern customer satisfaction methods to improve service quality.
- Learn client solutions thoroughly and work toward KPI targets.
- Coordinate with developers and other cross-functional specialists when needed.
Requirements
- Native-level American English.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
- Comfort handling several tasks at once and prioritizing in a busy environment.
- Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with frustrated customers and resolving issues.
- Strong focus on accuracy and careful handling of customer details.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms and support tools.
- Dedication to delivering excellent service and achieving performance goals.
- Personal laptop or desktop computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a reliable internet connection of at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.

- Hands-on experience with Zendesk.
- Spanish language ability.
