Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications through TikTok Shop, chat, email, and phone channels, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Support product inquiries, order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and resolving customer issues.
• Update and maintain product listings, inventory levels, and order statuses within the TikTok Shop platform.
• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee efficient operations and positive customer experiences.
• Keep up with TikTok Shop policies, current trends, and tools to enhance store performance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum of one year experience in e-commerce or customer service; familiarity with TikTok Shop is preferable.
• Knowledge of order management systems and online storefront platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and collaborate effectively within a team.
