Job description

Role overview

This full-time Territory Manager position is based remotely across ACT and Southern NSW. In this role, you represent the Red Bull brand in the field, work closely with leading hospitality venues and event partners, and help grow sales by opening new distribution opportunities and building lasting commercial relationships.

Brand representation

You will act as a visible and energetic ambassador for the brand, bringing it to life across cafés, bars, clubs, festivals, and private or premium events. A key part of the job is ensuring strong product visibility and availability wherever you operate.

Relationship management

You will work as a dependable business partner to established customers, deepen long-term relationships, and connect with industry influencers and experts. Building a strong network within the hospitality and nightlife scene will be central to your success.

Territory ownership

You will take responsibility for on-premise sales and marketing activity within your region. That includes staying close to local market trends, spotting new opportunities, and creating strategies and tools that help deliver the right sales pitch and expand the brand's reach.

Consultative selling

You will use your sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to make each customer meeting valuable. The role calls for practical commercial thinking, creative marketing ideas, and a drive to exceed sales and marketing targets while keeping the brand ahead in the on-premise space.

Requirements

Applicants should bring a genuine interest in hospitality, along with prior experience from the industry or closely related roles such as bar management, venue management, event promotion, or restaurant ownership. Strong industry knowledge and a solid understanding of current trends will be important.

You must be comfortable travelling within the region every three weeks. The role also requires a commercially minded, solution-focused approach, a motivated and responsible attitude, and the confidence to work independently in venues rather than in a standard desk-based schedule.

Having established contacts in nightlife is an advantage, though the ability to build them quickly is also valuable. This position involves evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential.

Compliance and eligibility

Applicants must be legally qualified to work in Australia. The employer may ask for evidence of work eligibility to meet Migration Act 1958 obligations.

By applying, candidates confirm that all submitted information is complete, accurate, and truthful. Any false or misleading information may lead to rejection of the application, withdrawal of an offer, or termination of employment.

Applicants must also acknowledge that they have read and understood the relevant privacy statement and privacy policy.
