Job description
Role overview
Red Bull UK is hiring a Student Marketeer in London to act as a campus-based brand ambassador. In this role, you will help strengthen brand awareness and product understanding among students, grow Red Bull’s presence on your university campus and in the surrounding region, and represent the brand in a lively, authentic way. The position combines marketing, sales support, event activation, and student community engagement.
This opportunity is designed for students who want a flexible part-time role and are interested in building experience in marketing and sales with Red Bull.
What you will do
You will represent the brand both in person and online, support event activations, help drive product sampling, and contribute to sales growth on campus. You will also use your local knowledge, network, and creativity to connect with new consumers and create engaging brand moments.
- Act as a visible Red Bull representative by wearing branded clothing and using the Red Bull Mini for missions and outreach.
- Promote the product through sampling at the right moments and locations, while responding to consumer questions and concerns.
- Support Red Bull and partner events to deliver a memorable experience for attendees.
- Design and roll out marketing ideas for your university, using campus knowledge, student groups, and key stakeholders.
- Build relationships with student associations, influential campus contacts, and micro-creators to expand reach.
- Track important student events and campus moments, then activate tailored brand plans around them.
- Work with the sales team to identify new points of sale and event opportunities for Red Bull on campus.
- Help increase product visibility and improve in-store execution.
- Take part in special sales missions, including festival activity, using the Red Bull Mini.
- Keep all tools, materials, and brand assets in excellent condition to maintain a premium image.
- Plan, log, and report your activities accurately and on time through the designated platform.
- Share ideas and coordinate with the team through regular in-person and online communication.
What the company is looking for
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about Red Bull, confident in public-facing situations, and deeply connected to student life at the University of Arts London and the wider local area. You should be able to manage part-time work alongside your studies and be comfortable working some evenings and weekends when needed.
- Strong enthusiasm for the Red Bull brand and its products.
- Outgoing, energetic, positive, and charismatic personality with excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of university life, the city, and the region, including student hotspots and behind-the-scenes activity.
- Willingness to represent Red Bull in branded clothing and while travelling on the Red Bull Mini.
- Well connected with different student groups and influential people on campus.
- Ability to balance studies with part-time work, including some evening and weekend availability.
- Interest in growing within Red Bull and potentially moving into a full-time role later.
- A valid UK driving licence is required.
- Must be enrolled at the University of Arts London.
