Available Roles and Responsibilities

Abbottabad Store Positions:

• Manager – Store Operations: Requires a bachelor's degree and 12–15 years in retail management with at least 5 years in store operations leadership. Responsibilities include business strategy development, profit and loss management, collaboration with buying teams, report analysis, store team leadership, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Floor Manager – Food: Bachelor's degree plus 8–10 years in retail operations including 3+ years in food category. Duties involve planning sales activities, in-depth knowledge of food and imported products, managing orders, coordinating promotions, ensuring FIFO and expiry controls, and maintaining quality.
• Floor Manager – Non Food: Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years retail experience including 3+ years in non-food categories. Responsibilities focus on sales planning, expert knowledge of non-food products, ordering reviews, promotion coordination, shelf labeling, barcode tagging, and price accuracy enforcement.
• Food Department Executives & Officers: Section Executives (8–10 years experience) for Fresh Food and Grocery; Section Officers (2–3 years experience) across various categories including Edible Grocery, Meat & Poultry, Fruits & Vegetables, Drinks & Beverages, Dairy & Frozen, and Sweets & Confectionary.
• Non-Food Department Executives & Officers: Section Executives with 8–10 years for Non Food Soft and Hard; Section Officers responsible for Health & Beauty, Baby Care, Fashion Goods & Accessories, Household, Electronics & Multimedia, Textile & Hosiery, and DIY sections (2–3 years experience).
• Support Department Executives & Officers: Section Executives (8–10 years) for Front of House and Inventory Control; Section Officers (2–3 years) for Inventory Control, Goods Receiving, Front of House, Customer Care, and Housekeeping.
• Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field required. 4–6 years experience in security, loss prevention or retail security management. Responsibilities include overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, theft and fraud investigation, performing security audits, managing CCTV and access controls, liaising with law enforcement, and developing loss prevention tactics.

Rawalpindi Food Emporium Culinary Positions:

• Head Chef and various Chef roles across departments like Bakehouse, Fromagerie, Wok & Co, Forno Rosso, Darbar, Diner, Sweet Therapy, and Shawarma. Roles for Senior and Junior bakers, prep cooks, pastry assistants, and specialized chefs.
