Role Overview

This full-time, on-site opportunity is available in Phnom Penh and Kampot, spanning multiple disciplines such as IT, Finance Controlling, Business Intelligence, Steel Production, Maintenance, and Safety Management. Team members will engage in supporting daily operations at the plant by monitoring systems and equipment to guarantee accurate data and reporting necessary for informed operational and financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and systems ensuring smooth plant operations.
• Control and analyze financial costs to support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools for operational insights.
• Oversee steel production processes ensuring efficiency and quality control.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on plant machinery and equipment.
• Implement and monitor safety policies, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uphold performance excellence and workplace safety.
