• Assist the Business Development team in targeting and engaging prospective clients.

Assistant Manager Production (Mashroobat)

MSc or BSc in Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the food or beverage industry. Knowledge of SAP PP is preferred. Candidates must be under 40 years of age and be certified Lead Auditors in FSSC 22000. Strong people skills, high energy, and a positive cultural fit are essential.

• Supervise production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and optimal resource use.
• Plan sales requirements across daily, monthly, and annual cycles to meet production goals and KPIs.
• Manage production documentation in SAP including material consumption, purchase requisitions, and maintenance notifications.
• Implement process improvements to enhance cycle times, efficiency, and compliance, verifying CCP, OPRP, and HCP standards.

• Lead and coordinate the production team and cross-functional departments.

Junior Lab Analyst (Calibration Lab)
