We are currently inviting applications for an enthusiastic and driven Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist to join the collaborative multidisciplinary team at Victoria Hospital in Rothesay.
This position offers a valuable chance to advance and solidify your expertise in MSK physiotherapy by providing outstanding outpatient care to patients with various musculoskeletal disorders in the distinctive rural region of Argyll and Bute.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as an independent clinician within the MSK Physiotherapy Service, undertaking thorough assessments, clinical diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments for patients with a wide array of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
- Support and enhance the delivery of a modern, patient-centered MSK service.
- Contribute to the professional growth of the team by mentoring and developing junior physiotherapists, assistants, and students, potentially encompassing line management, supervision, and placement education duties.
- Engage in service evaluation, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous development activities to maintain effective, efficient, and best-practice aligned MSK service provision.
Work Location and Flexibility
This role is based at Victoria Hospital, Rothesay. It suits individuals residing on Bute, those willing to relocate to this scenic island community, or candidates able to commute regularly from the mainland. Flexible working arrangements may be accommodated depending on service needs.
