This front office position in Mascot, NSW, is part-time and focused on delivering engaging guest experiences by managing check-ins, answering inquiries, and maintaining strong guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with their check-in and departure processes efficiently.
• Respond to general inquiries and interact playfully with guests to enhance their stay.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.
• Support front office team members with various operational duties.
• Process guest reservations and manage credit card transactions responsibly.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the hotel amenities and local area to exceed guest expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working with the OPERA property management system or an equivalent platform.
• Previous exposure to similar front office roles ensures the ability to thrive in this environment.
• Must have legal work authorization in Australia.
• Possession of a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
• A self-driven, enthusiastic individual eager to grow in their hospitality career.
• Adaptable and energetic in a fast-paced environment, with a solution-oriented mindset.
