This role is flexible on location within Australia.
Working under the Head of Operations for APAC, this position leads the ANZ build team to ensure seamless coordination with other regional managers, enabling event delivery at exceptional standards. - Precisely mark floor plans and ensure correct placement of all equipment, barricades, signage, and designated functional zones.
- Coordinate activities of internal teams, external vendors, contractors, and production partners to meet all deadlines.
- Ensure all floor plans adhere strictly to HYROX branding standards.
- Support audio/visual integration, electrical power supply planning, and access management for suppliers.
- Resolve any build, technical, or logistical challenges swiftly to guarantee readiness prior to race commencement.
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership onsite during event weeks, embracing extended working hours.
- Guarantee full compliance with regulatory bodies and safety agencies throughout all event build stages.
- Engage with venue authorities and government agencies to secure all necessary permits and regulatory approvals.
- Manage event branding processes including concept development, decision-making, designing, production, and installation collaborating with multiple departments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Align workflows and maintain close partnerships with over eight internal departments such as event operations, marketing, sponsorship, sports, and Hyrox365.
- Work alongside the ANZ Event Manager to monitor budgets and ensure financial accountability for events.
- Provide flexible operational support for daily pre-event and on-site tasks, combining administrative, logistical, and operational functions to guarantee business continuity with a proactive attitude.
Qualifications & Experience
