Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and management activities.
• Execute visual merchandising standards effectively to maintain store appeal.
• Manage store administrative tasks ensuring smooth operations.
• Train and coach new and existing team members to enhance skills.
• Delegate responsibilities and oversee the performance of the store team.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to foster a motivated and customer-focused team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store front.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the store.
• Monitor inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability.
• Deliver high-energy customer service and work towards achieving sales growth targets.
• Address customer queries promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
