Role Overview

We are looking for a diligent and motivated Mobilisation and Recruitment Officer to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. You will work closely with the Workforce Manager to manage the daily mobilisation and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth employee onboarding and workforce compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the complete site mobilisation process effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure seamless onboarding and mobilisation outcomes.
  • Track workforce compliance by scheduling, verifying, and maintaining tickets and certifications.
  • Respond quickly to changes in rostering, and communicate updates clearly with internal teams and clients.
  • Keep accurate records of workforce, training, and compliance using internal systems.
  • Provide occasional support during weekends and after-hours to maintain mobilisation continuity.
  • Offer professional and responsive service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure precise data management and communication across mobilisation activities.
  • Assist the recruiter with overflow administrative and recruitment tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in workforce mobilisation, preferably within the dynamic mining sector.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with familiarity in client or contractor mobilisation systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a proactive approach to compliance and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills suitable for engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay calm, dependable, and flexible in fast-changing environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Driven by initiative and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility for after-hours and weekend email and call monitoring as necessary.
  • High standards of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Valid Australian work rights.
  • A dedicated home office space free of interruptions; laptop and phone will be supplied but dual monitors must be provided personally.
  • Possession of a National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months or willingness to obtain one.
